"Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Isaiah 41:10
- Precious Lord, take my hand
- Lead me on, let me stand
- I'm tired, I’m weak, I’m lone
- Through the storm, through the night
- Lead me on to the light
- Take my hand precious Lord, lead me home
- When my way grows drear
- Precious Lord linger near
- When my life is almost gone
- Hear my cry, hear my call
- Hold my hand lest I fall
- Take my hand precious Lord, lead me home
- When the darkness appears
- And the night draws near
- And the day is past and gone
- At the river I stand
- Guide my feet, hold my hand
- Take my hand precious Lord, lead me home
- Precious Lord, take my hand
- Lead me on, let me stand
- I'm tired, I’m weak, Lord I’m worn
- Through the storm, through the night
- Lead me on to the light
- Take my hand precious Lord, lead me home

I can't even say the title Precious Lord, Take My Hand without getting a lump in my throat and tearing up Jacquelyn...Certain songs just standout in my memories of childhood and my grandmother...
Your post with Elylah making those colorful cupcakes made me smile...and such a cute apron your DIL made...Ethan is an adorable little boy...love his hair!
Alivia and her mother actually look for snakes...they once tried to carry one (on a stick) down the drive to show me...but spiders, they are afraid of!
I forgot about the seashell fossil...probably brought down by glaciers years ago or maybe even left over from the iceage...there are many others with smaller shells.
For some reason on Saturday I got on YouTube and played a whole bunch of those old gospel songs. Its funny how, even if you haven't sung them in decades, the words & melodies come right back!
I love the Al Green version of this song. It's actually the only version I know of.
