Quiet Time...

How do you make time for quiet time? I hope you have time to read a post on my other blog and share some ideas. Have a fantastic, faith-filled friday my friends!

"In the morning O Lord you hear my voice. In the morning I lay my requests before you and wait in expectation." Psalm 5:3

I think it's sooo important to sit quietly in the Lord's presence. I do that more than pray. It seems I hear His voice more clearly when I'm not talking...

Morning Jacquelyn,
Good to hear from you dear. Thanks for your sweet words about my post.
It was definitely the Lord cause I hadn't plan to post at all yesterday.
Yes, we know and adore Roland and Joan, they are very special people to us. If you see them please give them a hug from Nellie and Jim!
The last time I emailed with him he was coming along pretty well and pretty much back to normal, is
he still doing well??? I know our
church was praying like crazy for him, cause everyone loves them!! They are just great folks filled with God's love.
So how are you this fine spring day??? So how is the weather in
Ohio, isn't it??
You take care and have a super day. blessings, Nellie

Hi Again,
Yes, we love that phrase too, and we say it all the time. It is surely a good one to adopt.
I am so glad to hear he is still doing so well, the Lord was really gracious to us all to leave him with us for a while longer, and especially for Joan and his family.
We are sure hoping they get to come down again next Winter, but we are just so delighted to know he is still with us, and if they don't then we know we will have all of eternity to visit, and one day we will get to meet too, if not here, when we get to heaven!
what fun that is to contemplate!
Have a great day, and thanks for telling them for us, and them we love them too!!
Blessings sweet friend,
Nellie
