from the inside looking out!
All of these photos were taken from inside my cozy warm house in the past couple of days. I am grateful for the blessings of warm and comfortable shelter, warm and healthy food, and warm and safe water. I pray that I will never take these for granted, and that I will always be mindful of those less fortunate.

and so she doesn't worry
when it snows."

Breathtaking photos! I'm sitting here in the middle of a 10 foot downfall of snow, but somehow it doesn't look so pretty here. Thank you for reminding me to be thankful for my nice, warm house!
That amount of snow is just amazing to me. It looks so unreal, so fairyland like! And I agree, seen from inside a warm house is BEST!
Love the curtains and the little prim candle you have in the window, by the way!
How beautiful! There is something very peaceful and ethereal about it. Thanks for sharing!
I'm sitting here watching the snow come down...and grumbling. I really am thankful for my warm house and all the provisions, but I do worry about the less fortunate and the elderly..like myself!
Your pictures are beautiful!!
Awesome! Just beautiful!!!

Lovely shots! I don't blame you...I would shoot from inside as well :)
Well, I ventured out and didn't get too cold...of course I was well bundled up! Eight inches here and more on the way!
A Winter Wonderland!
I am so glad that you are "snug as a bug in a rug!"
So wish I could join you at your table for some hot cocoa and inspiring conversation. Maybe someday.
Lots of love ~
The only way to enjoy the snow lately is from the 'inside'., cause it's just too cold out there.
Proverbs says it all. Thanks for sharing.
God Bless
Hi all, we have more of the white stuff coming down right now. I have loved looking at it from the inside, but I may have to take grandbaby to the dr. today. I think he might have an ear infection. Its only 3 miles away, but itis daunting to think of going out in it with them and all that involves 30 yrs ago I would never have given it a thought!
Penni, thanks...I brought those curtains from our old house 14 years ago, so they are close to 20 yrs old. I still love them--I have them in 4 windows across the front of the house. I love "prim" buy hubby loves "comfortable"...so I have to get my prim mostly from little decorative things. Thanks for the compliments!
